These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TabVault browser extension and website at tabvault.io (the "Service"), operated by TabVault ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
TabVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tabvault.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
TabVault offers a free plan and paid Pro and Team plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro and Team subscribers. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with TabVault are the property of TabVault or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tabvault.io.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
