By installing the TabVault Chrome extension or using the TabVault website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
TabVault is a Chrome extension that allows users to save, organize, and restore browser tab sessions. Pro subscribers receive additional features including cloud sync across devices, AI-powered session organization, and session sharing. Features are subject to change at our discretion.
Free plan features are available without an account. Pro and Team plan features require account registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund, no questions asked.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The TabVault name, logo, extension code, and website content are the intellectual property of TabVault and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your saved session data (the URLs and titles you save) remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We strongly recommend that Pro users periodically export their sessions as a backup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
